I have helped countless clients and their families navigate the health care system putting the clients' needs and wishes first. My goal is to provide solutions that best meet their needs.

PETER CROSSETT, JD
Chief Financial Officer & General Counsel
Peter Crossett serves as Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel at ConstantCare247, where he applies more than 30 years of legal and financial expertise to support the company’s growth and operations.
Prior to joining ConstantCare247 full time in January 2023, Peter was a partner at a prominent regional law firm, representing state governments and leading corporations in complex, high-stakes property tax litigation across the country. His extensive background in finance and litigation strategy ensures the company’s financial strength, compliance, and stability as it continues to expand its companion care, nurse registry, and LHCSA services.
Having supported ConstantCare247 since its founding, Peter chose to take on an active leadership role not only because he believes in the company’s mission, but also out of a strong desire to work alongside his family and help build a legacy for future generations.
ConstantCare247 was founded by his wife, CEO Gwen Crossett, and their son Michael Crossett serves as Business Director. Together, the Crossett family is committed to delivering compassionate, high-quality care while upholding the highest standards of integrity, respect, and excellence in every service they provide.
AUDREY TORIO, RN, BSN

Audrey has over 23 years of health care experience in progressive Nursing Leadership. She has a passion for improving the quality of life of the seniors that she serves and desires to ensure that the clinical care being delivered is top notch. She has experience in various settings with a concentration in geriatrics including skilled nursing, short term rehabilitation, and managed long term care. Audrey also has a background in acute hospital care and oncology.
She has served as the Clinical Lead for the majority of her career within management, operations, and as a Director of Nursing. Audrey works closely with the CC247 Administrative team and helps coordinate and collaborate with families, clients and caregivers to ensure the clients needs are being met.
In her spare time she enjoys being with her family, traveling in New England, and spending summers on the water in her childhood hometown of Skaneateles, New York.
MICHAEL CROSSETT
Business Development Manager
Michael Crossett joined CC247 at the end of 2023 to establish the business development department and support the organization's growth within Central New York. His responsibilities include stakeholder relations, finance, marketing, and human resources. On a daily basis, Mr. Crossett supports the needs of our clients, team members, and community partners. Michael's core values of family, community, and education drive his passion for helping CC247 achieve its goals.
Michael is a graduate of Jamesville-Dewitt High School and Rollins College in Orlando, Florida. While at Rollins, Michael obtained a B.A. in Social Entrepreneurship and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from the Crummer Graduate School of Business. Prior to joining CC247, Mr. Crossett began his professional career in Investment Banking in New York City. Michael's personal interests include outdoor activities, cooking, and sports.
MARY O'NEILL, BS RECREATION THERAPY

I am committed to fostering strong, compassionate relationships between our clients, their families, and our dedicated care team. My passion lies in working with older adults to ensure they receive the highest quality care while preserving their dignity and enhancing their quality of life.
With over 25 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings—including nursing homes, short-term rehabilitation, Adult Medical Day Programs, and Assisted Living Memory Care—I bring a well-rounded perspective to elder care. Throughout my career, I have served in leadership roles such as Recreation Therapy Director, Assistant Administrator, and Executive Director, always prioritizing person-centered care and team collaboration.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, hosting holiday gatherings and celebrations, and being outdoors—especially gardening, which brings me peace and joy.
TARA KUCHARSKI, LPN
Manager of Business Operations & LPN On-Call Service Manager
Tara has over 25 years of experience working in various settings such as dialysis, assisted living, long term care and home care.
Tara is a very important part of the daily operations as she oversees the human resource department as well as accounting services. Tara is not only a nurse but she also has a business/accounting degree. In addition to these roles, she is also a part of our on-call team.
When Tara is not working, she likes to cook, go boating and enjoys time with her family.
SYLVIA HEPPLER, LPN

Sylvia Heppler has worked in the eldercare field for more than 20 years. She has extensive experience with the management of assisted living residents, working as a nurse supervisor and clinical care management.
At ConstantCare247 Sylvia works as a Nurse Navigator/Client Manager, helping to navigate their ever-changing needs by providing solutions for families and clients. Sylvia also works as part of our on-call team.
When Sylvia is not working she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and spending time on the water in the summer months.
JAYNA DELLOSTRITTO, LPN

Jayna has worked with elders since she graduated high school. Jayna completed nursing school and is a licensed practical nurse. She works with our clients so they can remain independent in their home. She is an integral part of the office at ConstantCare247.
One of Jayna's favorite parts of her job is getting to know ConstantCare247's clients. She enjoys talking to them and hearing their life stories. Jayna also shares on-call duties with the team.
When Jayna is not working she enjoys her dogs, family, working out and being outside.

Kristie has many years of experience in several different healthcare settings. Her passion is working in a homecare environment to ensure continuity and help support people so that they may remain at home.
Kristie enjoys spending time with her family, enjoys music and vacationing.
MELISSA MIGDAL, RN
Home Care Nurse | ConstantCare247 & Integrity Home Care
Melissa brings over 30 years of experience in the healthcare field, passionately caring for diverse communities through a holistic approach. She recently returned to her hometown Syracuse from Northern California, where she practiced Traditional Chinese Medicine and herbology. Throughout her career, Melissa has worked extensively with underserved populations, offering compassionate support during their most vulnerable moments. In 2022, she transitioned into homecare to provide a more personalized approach to healthcare. She firmly believes that meeting people where they are—both emotionally and physically—is essential to delivering meaningful and effective care.
Melissa holds a Psychology and Art degree from SUNY Oswego, a Masters from the Academy of Chinese Culture and Health Sciences, and a Nursing Degree from Samuel Merritt University.
Outside of her professional life, Melissa enjoys hiking, antiquing, sailing, skiing, and relaxing at her camp along the shores of Lake Ontario.

Amy brings a sunny always willing help attitude to work with her. She cares about the senior population and also helps with special outings for our clients such as doctor visits and various other needs we may have.
Amy has worked in the homecare field for over 20 years. She brings customer service skills, caregiving and scheduling skills to our team. When Amy is not working, she likes to spend time with her family, cook/bake and has an interest in old movies.
