When our match is successful, we offer a simplified way of becoming a household employer

Employer Plan

ConstantCare247 has simplified the process of being an employer. Our fee is included in the hourly rate you will pay the caregivers on payroll. We handle liability insurance; background checks; obtaining an employer identification number; time-keeping; payroll; tax withholding, filing, and NYS Workers Comp; and NYS Disability policies all with our expert staff and partnership with several payroll services in the area.

Companion Services

Companion Level Services include: oversight, supervision, redirection, reminders, and companionship is through ConstantCare247's staff and payroll.
